Return Policy of Sports suppliers

At Sports suppliers, we work very hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. We understand that you might have occasions where you need to return the product back to us. However, sometimes because of the scale of operation a few exceptional cases do happen. Our policy addresses various scenarios in which you may need to return the product. We make this policy as friendly as possible to you so that you can take comfort in ordering the product on our site, with the trust and confidence that if for any reason, if you need to return the product, this process will not be a big hassle for you. We encourage you to read this fully to understand the policy.

What is the general return policy on Sports suppliers?

“7 Day Return Policy”.

Within 7 days of receiving the product, you would like to return the product; we will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as our store credit. Above policy is applicable, if the product has not been used, product is returned in original packaging with price tags/stickers and there are no visible marks of usage or wear and tear. This is not applicable for any heavy equipments including but not limited to table tennis tables, fitness equipments, on court equipment’s, carom boards, pool/billiards table etc. Please do not accept delivery of any shipments where outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you need to report this to our customer service within 24 hrs of receipt of the shipment. Sports suppliers will bear the cost of returns, repairs or replacements, if the damage is found to be due to mishandling in transit. These returns will not be accepted if there are a visible marks and/or identification of use of the product.
After a period of use of the product, if there is found to be some damage, for any reason, returns and replacements will be as per the manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. Please call our customer service to find out the exact details for that specific product.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging.
Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through Sports suppliers Reach or through our courier partners like FEDEX, bluedart etc. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs.
Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement: 1. Damages due to misuse of product
2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

Once I place an order, can I get the size/colour changed?

Yes, if your order has not been shipped, you may request for a change in size/colour without any charges. However, once the order has been shipped, any request for changes shall incur return & replacement shipping cost which shall be borne by you and we will not refund it. We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not.

What if there is a dispute regarding returns?

In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Chennai jurisdiction only. Sports suppliers liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.
