Exchange & Returns
We at Sports suppliers have taken the onus of playing a vital role in the metamorphosis, by consciously and actively controlling all our resources to take the process to its legitimate end.
• Received a Damaged product or a product that you have not ordered?
If the product received is not what you ordered, or broken, kindly write to us on email@example.com or by calling us on+91 9840310300 within 7 days of receipt of the product and return the product. Moreover, if you receive a package that looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it and contact us for further guidance. You have 2 options in case of returns: you may either request for a full refund of the price you paid for it or ask for a fresh product delivered to you. In either case, the returns shipping charges shall be refunded to you in the form of a coupon code (up to a maximum amount of Rs.100). The process of replacement may take 14-21 days, since it involves multiple shipments.
Please note that the product should be returned in its original condition along with the original invoice and price tag/sticker/seal wrap intact on the product, with no visible marks of usage or wear and tear. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
This policy is not applicable for any heavy equipment’s including but not limited to table tennis tables, fitness equipment’s, on court equipment’s, pool/billiards tables, treadmills, exercise-bikes, etc.
• How can I get my product exchanged?
You can write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org or you can even call us on +91 9840310300, kindly keep all the information related to the order handy to help you serve better. You will have to send us the product back (with original packing and all the labels intact), exchanged product will be dispatched as soon as we receive the product from your side.
• Did not like the product?
We have 7 days return policy, you can initiate a return request by simply calling us on +91 9840310300 or writing a mail on email@example.com within 7 days of the received product with the original packing and keeping all the labels intact.
• What if I receive damaged product?
Kindly DO NOT accept if the parcel is tampered.

• Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the product has not been shipped, you may cancel the order (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any). However, once the order has been shipped, any request for cancellation shall incur two-way return shipping cost, which shall be additionally borne by you. Kindly email us at email@example.com or call us at +91 9840310300 for any cancellation requests immediately. We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not.
Please note that orders for personalised items (including but not limited to customised rackets), where the manufacturer's packing has been opened cannot be cancelled or replaced. Racket strings do not carry any warranty (even for a day) and cannot be cancelled or replaced. If you receive a sealed racket but notice any damage in the grip (which may be normal wear out due to weather conditions), a replacement grip will be provided free of cost by us.
• How will I get the refund?
Once we have received the product, refund will be made in the same manner you have made the payment ie. By credit card, bank transfer etc.
• What if there is a dispute regarding returns?
In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Chennai jurisdiction only. sportsuppliers.in’s liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.
How long does it take to deliver the product?
We at sports suppliers are working hard to deliver the orders to the customer on time; generally we ship the orders within 2-3 working days.
What would be cost of Shipping?
The shipping charges for your product would be a fixed amount of Rs 60 towards shipping charges.
Only heavy and bulky products like Gym Weights, gym equipment’s, etc. attract additional shipping charges.
In case, your shipping location is classified as remote location by our shipping partners, there would be an additional charge of Rs 100 and above, the same will be communicated to you upon order placing.

What if I want to order on COD?
